Description

As a Project Manager at JH Builders’ Jackson office, you’ll oversee the project schedule, budget, and communication between the owner, architect, and contractors. Key responsibilities include managing project documentation, coordinating onsite meetings, and participating in estimating and invoicing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Management of project schedule & budget
  • Participation in the estimating & invoicing process
  • Coordinate onsite meetings and maintain active communication with the project team throughout the life of the project, including owner, architect, contractor, & consultants
  • Management of all project documentation, including Budget, RFIs, Submittals, Subcontracts, Change Orders, Pos, Shop Drawings, Punchlist, O&M Manual.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years project management experience in custom residential construction
  • Degree of construction management experience in custom residential construction
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam/Adobe
